Repeated registration

All students who wish to continue their degree at the end of a University semester must repeat their registration. You do so by making payment of your semester fee (German: Beitrag) for the upcoming semester and must keep to deadlines fixed by the University. If you do not make payment of the full student fee, you will not be enrolled for the semester.

Registration Deadlines

Each calendar year:

Summer Semester 01.01 – 31.01
(period of grace: 01.02 – 28.02)

Winter Semester 01.06 – 30.06
(period of grace: 01.07 – 31.07)

Registration is made when payment of the semester fee is received by the University.

01.01– 28.02 each calendar year
01.07-31.07 each calendar year

An administration fee of 10€ is made for any registration that misses the deadline (according to University law and constitution).
